Contest Rules

  1. The contest is open to anyone aged 18 or older, residing in Canada, whose vehicle has been given or sold to RECYC-AUTO or one of its authorized partners, following its entry in the recycling program of RECYC-AUTO via the call centre or the website of RECYC-AUTO.

  2. When a customer gives or sells their vehicle under the terms of Rule #1, it becomes automatically eligible. The number of entries is limited to one entry per person per vehicle.

  3. Prize
    There will be only one winner of a single prize of one thousand dollars ($1,000), paid by cheque. The prize offered may not be modified, transferred or exchanged and must be accepted as is.

  4. Entry Deadline
    To be eligible for competition in a given month, the deadline for entries is 11:59:59 PM on the last day of the month.

  5. Selection of Winner and Date of Draw
    The winner will be randomly selected by computer from among all entrants during the month. The draw will take place during the first week of the month following the end of the contest at the headquarters of RECYC-AUTO located at 660 Route 219, Napierville, Quebec. The winner will be notified by phone and will receive the prize by mail.

  6. By entering the contest, the winner agrees that his or her name and photo may be used for publicity purposes without charge other than the prize awarded.

  7. The person for whose benefit the contest is held, their employees, representatives, agents and those with whom they are domiciled may not enter the contest.

  8. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
